NPO'S VEHICLE DAMAGED BY BUDGET VEHICLE

A vehicle belonging to Budget Car Hire collided into our Animal Welfare vehicle 20.10.2012.
Their client was at fault. We had to run around get quotes, police report, pictures etc.
As a small under resourced NGO it has been a cumbersome task. They've done absolutely nothing to assist us in making this process easier by getting the quotes for us or providing any support in terms of replacement vehicle, getting the paperwork from us that we were struggling to email. They are well aware of our difficulties.

Yet four months later, we are trying to run an animal hospital with one less vehicle.
We've received not assistance from Budget in this regard.
