Budget Rent A Car

I spend every other week in Johannesburg on business, therefore I have to rent a vehicle when I'm there. On a recent trip someone rear ended me causing minor damage on my bumper. I've completed all the required reports however I haven't received any feedback from Budget Rent A Car. When I called Outsurance to follow up on the claim more than 2 weeks after returning the vehicle, I was informed that Budget never even submitted a claim. After following up with Budget yesterday they admitted that they haven't submitted the claim yet.
This is not the first time I have problems with Budget Rent A Car. Given this level of service, nothing motivates me to ever use Budget again.
