Tired of VW

Cars & Transport

About a year ago my Tiguan's engine broke on approx. 30000km. They (VW Hatfield) replaced it, but since then I noticed that there was something wrong with my clutch. I went back to report this. The technician worked on the car again, but still there was something that didn't feel/sound right. So I went back again. He worked on it again, but with no success. He told me that it was probably the new engine and that it will improve as I drove. So I did.
Months went by and with my next service I decided to use another technician - maybe he could solve the problem. He told me that it wasn't a problem since most of the new VW models' clutch tend to make that weird sound. Okay?
Last week the gears got stuck while driving. I stood next to the road for an hour. VW Hatfield towed in my car and kept it for 3 days. A new technician now told me that he tested the car and can't seem to find anything wrong. So I went to fetch my car.
The following day, I stood next to the road for an hour, AGAIN.
It turns out that my clutch had broken.
Currently my car is on 63000kms and thus my warranty has expired 3000kms ago. And now they expect me to pay for something I've been complaining about for a year.
