Pathetic service about my BMW repairs

I took my BMW in for repairs on the 11 December 2012 because of starting and idling problems, after various repairs done as well as swopping of spares they have not only been unable to repair the car to any extend. I was given the car back 4 times and evertime I had to give it back as the problem was NOT resolved. This is pathetic

Insult to injury, on the 2 JAnuary 2013 I took the car back for the 5 time and once again they changed parts and eventually I was told that I need to change the motor. After so many times, then only the descision that the engine is at fault, makes a person wonder if that is the problem and if they know what they are doing!!!

I was advised to buy anouther engine which I did and the engine is was delivered the 16th and till to date all I have received is excuses as to why I have not got my car back.

They were kind enough to give a courtecy car due to their procastination of this work but now they want the car back BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE MY BMW BACK... the cheek. It has been more than a month and a half and still no satisfaction

Also, I was promised a call back but these are either never or very late, still waiting for todays call back
