We have bought a car cash at eastvaal multi franchise in witbank we have requested more then once for the spare key of the due to the fact the car key was a card so if the key do get damage we don't have no were to go. and know the key has broken we took the car in and due to their mistake I need know to sit with out a car for 14 working days as they do not have loan cars if they requested the spare key like we have asked them this would not have happened myself need to get to work but I need know to ask other people for lifts. I have spoken to them again today 07/08/2013 12 Days after they order the key they still did not received it they will only get it "next week" so that is past the 14 Days and still they cant assist on a loan car as they don't have one and because of them I need to struggle to get to work and back. I WILL NEVER REFER SOMONE TO BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP AS LONG AS THEY CAN GET THE MONEY THE ARE HAPPY AFTER THAT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANY SERVICE
