NO Protection for buyers please be careful!

I have PROOF that a seller that really dont me a huge injustice! he promised to get my item to me within 24 hrs after i made payment i needed the item TODAY, after numerous attempts to contact the seller to see if he could delivery it yesterday all my emails, smss and calls went unanswered, his mother had his phone and promised to get him to call, the entire day and the evening before i have email after email begging him to pls get in touch with me, or to cancel the order as i needed the item today, all i got was an email TODAY telling me my item will be shipped with 48 hrs and no feedback regarding ANY of my other mails. bidorbuy refused to help even though i have proof the buyer agreed to delivery to me when i asked if i can get it by today, and im not getting it delivered, something i no longer need and have purchased elsewhere. i wish someone could help me, i just lost R585 and i feel very upset...
