I was supposed to receive a parcel from Australia on Monday 2nd of Dec 2013. I phone them one Tuesday 3 of Dec when Thandi told me they need an invoice for the parcel. I couldn't give them an invoice due to the fact that it was used clothes and toys. She said she'll come back to me. That never happened. On Wednesday I requested to speak to the supervisor Christina whom were suppose to phone me back. Never happened. I then went on the customer complaint website and send an email. Debbie's answer was that she forwarded the email. On Thursday 5th of Dec I phone the 17times with no luck. On Friday 6 of Dec I spoke to Christina how said she'll come back to me within an hour. That never happened. I phone 10:45 and Michelle told me she was on teabreak. At 12:05 I phone again and she was still on her teabreak. I than send an email to Christina's supervisor (Sipho Mashelela), who send me the link to SAPO. Monday 9 Dec Michelle told me that the parcel was cleared on Saturday and left Monday morning with the driver to be delivered to me. I haven't received it. Tuesday 10 December again send an email to Debbie, whom confirmed that the parcel is still at ems Joburg. Why are they untouchable?
