I phoned on the 26th of July to book a service for my vehicle, for the 24th of August. I was told it is a saturday, and they don't normally service on a saturday, but it can be arranged, and they will phone me back if there is a problem. I also requested a quote from them to service another vehicle of mine, and was told they'll phone back with a quote. I phoned two weeks prior to my service to confirm everything, and was told they have no record and will not do it on a saturday. They also never got back to me with a quote. When I enquired why I was told that it can be done, and nobody got back to me, I was not answered. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, just a flat refusal to do anything. Then as the cherry on the cake, they tried to quote on the other vehicle. I am very annoyed, as I have been a very loyal customer of theirs and have bought two vehicles from them. I'm not sure I will be dealing with them in the future if this is how they treat loyal customers.
