VERY BAD SERVICE

I purchased a part from them i wanted to return the part as it was the incorrect part so they said the manager is on leave and should come back 2 weeks after that so i went and they didnt want to return the part for my money back as i didnt even take the part out of the box and i would have settled for like handling fee but not even that they just said no
