Yamaha
Workshop manager threatening a customer

Cars & Transport

Hi, I would like to complain about the recent incident that happened while I was trying to obtain parts for my 1991 Yamaha FZR 1000 motorcycle. Upon phoning the workshop manager to get some info about the parts Im about to order from them, I got given the cold shoulder so to speak. he did not want to help me. I phoned again to speak to someone who was willing to help and I spoke to Hendrick, a very helpful chap. I asked him the same question about the part in question and he replied he needed to ask the workshop manager (Wayne).after he asked Wayne, I heard Wayne reply to him the following: "have you got his number? I want to speak to him! When he phones back tell him I am not a F###### dictionary! when he phones back again I want to speak to him, I am going to F#### him up. tell him to bring his bike in to the experts to get fixed and he will get billed for the services." obviously Wayne did not know I was still waiting on the line for the info I asked about, but this is still no excuse to refer to a customer in this manner. I would like to hear what Danny Mulder, managing director of Linex Yamaha has to say about the incident. Not dealing with them again.
