TOYOTA FACTORY FAULT (BRAKE ISSUES)

I would like to complain about Toyota's refusal to acknowledge the FACTORY FAULT on their Toyota Corolla's back brake issue.

I drive a 2012 "Toyota Corolla 2.0 Auto" and for my 30 000KM service i need to change both the BACK BRAKE PADS and BACK DISCS for around R4500 (Front brakes and pads are perfect with about 60% life left). Surely this is ridiculous and Toyota refuses to admit that there is a FACTORY FAULT on the range. The displacement for braking on these vehicles is supposed to be 60%(front) / 40%(back) and instead it seems like it is 40%(front) / 60%(back). I have seen and heard that many of these vehicles have the same problem, as you can clearly see the problem after a car wash. I take my vehicle for a wash once a week, and after ONE WEEK of driving you can see excessive amounts of brake dust on the rear rims and almost none one the front rims.

I am sad to say that i will never invest in another Toyota again after they refuse to admit that there is a problem with the range and that they are forcing their clients to absorb the cost on a manufacturing fault.
