Terrible service but quick to charge

I took my VW Combi in for a major service and repairs. My car was at the garage for two days. When I went to fetch my car it hardly had brakes, they had seemed to forget to bleed the brakes. I was furious when I saw how they had scratched my combi at the bumper that has taken my cars paint completly off. Broke the electrical socket, grease on the seat cover, steering full of dirty black gease, breaking the brake fluid and oil cap, bending the dip stick up. On our way on holiday the cars oil alarm started going crazy and the car was overheating. Eventually after a major battle we arrived in Warmbaths only to find that the whole back part of the kombi and caravan was under oil. Which cost me another R1400 to fix it. They do a major service but don't replace the sump seal and over fill the car with oil. The gearbox only had one bolt in. I mean really this is unacceptable but they charged me over R5000. This is not the first time we have had problems with them but this is the last. Never use them. When you complain they always seem to be right and you wrong and they do this with an attitude. I really feel like opeingn a case against them at SAPS for MITP.
