New 2012 Bakkie Steed Faulty Brakes and Gearbox

My husband bought a GWM STEED 2. VGT, end October within the first week (300kilos) he picked up that there's problems with the brakes and he struggled to get the bakkie into reverse and there's a noice under the dashboard, he phoned GWM Roodepoort, Ontdekkers where we bought the bakkie, they said it can't be but he must bring the bakkie to the workshop, (900kilo's), taccording to them they did something to the brakes and the gearbox they promised all is fine, then in January he phoned them again the brakes and gearbox and noice is STILL not right, he phoned Action GWM on 14th avenue, the bakkie is now there they did pick up that the brakes has got a woble and the gearbox oil is dirty they need to replace it, this wil cost us R852, what the this was reported it was in for repairs and its a Brand new bakkie, and within the first 3months is allready costing us money to fix it, what kind of quality is that?? I refuse to pay this, and if this does not get fixed and sorted I am going to take this matter further..
