Poor service and incomplete jo

Trust when i say that NONE of my cars will ever be subjected to such poor service. I have my own company and this is not how you conduct ANY business or service. IT IS DISGUSTING AND POOR. I took one of my cars in for a major service because the breaks were squeeking as my fiance had complained about the brakes... they state that they do a major replace all filters and wash the engine and car...

My car had oil spills ALL over and i was told to bring it in "SOME OTHER TIME" for an engine wash... do you really think i would waste my time and money on that kind of service???
The report that came back did not state any break check ups nor did they test them. My companys fleet will not be conducting anymore business with this type of poor service and everybody i know will know about this. I feel i have been ripped off and i regret trying to take the car there as i could have just taken it to the manufacturer to conduct the major service. They did not even replace/change the petrol filter. RIP OFF SERVICE CITY is what this is.
