DON'T take your car to be serviced here!

I took my vehicle for a service at the Garage on the 6th of February 2013. I was phoned and was told I needed extras to be done for my major service. I collected it and I paid R2500 expecting for everything to be 100%. When I got into my car, it had car grease all over my steering wheel and my car wasn't even cleaned. (They had more than enough time to do it.) As I went through my invoice I noticed they charged me R260 for coolant which wasn't needed as I just recently did it myself. They gave me an empty bottle saying it was done. (This is illegal to my knowledge.) I then proceeded to open my hood to find my original red coolant still in there but an empty blue container. Also things that weren't touched or reported, power steering and brake fluid, why not? What else was I charged for that they never did?
