NTT VW have the worst service and are

NTT VW gave me a car with a Headlamp that has a factory fault and now send me from Pillar to Post, completely evading to pay for it which falls under warranty, lying, telling me that this was caused by water damage, when in reality they gave me the car with an error message "No bend lighting, AFS Function" and now they don't even attempt to apply for a warranty because they claim they have nothing to do with it.
Blatantly told me to go to and that they will not even attempt to fix my car and I should make a claim with my insurance, I feel Pierre Scheepers and Van Wyk are the worst because they don't give white people the same treatment they are giving me as a black person, I feel they have cheated me on this claim, purely because they believe I have no other alternative, as soon as they have parted with my money they do not feel to reciprocate with a quality service and I will try by all means to leave VW because apparently I am not the only person who is cry fowl because of their bad, cheating service, I strongly appeal to everyone who is even considering to purchase any car with them, most people have even left to Grahamstown to service their cars, that's how bad it
