Not happy with this poor or rather no service

Its almost a year now, 25/05/2012 i was involved in a motor vehicle accident which resulted in my vehicle being damaged and took the matter to Legalwise to have the worst service ever.

i mean its over 8yrs since i had cover and its my first time i claim never the less the accident was not my fault but my case still is hanging as i do not have a clue what's happening. i don't feel protected even though i pay this company monthly i still feel cheated and been taken for a ride.
