CLAIMS NOT PAID AND DESPITE SEVERAL CALLS AND EMAI

I am really frustrated by this company, their service! They have this CRM thing when send an email, or claim sends you an email telling you that a CRM has been logged and a person allocated to your claim OR query. Then low and behold about 15 mins later, it send you another email telling you that your claim /query has been resolved, all this WITHOUT YOU having been contacted or TOLD how your query had been resolved!
Nevermind the fact that I have made 3 fone calls in the last few days to speak to someone about my claims not being paid! I get transferred from pillar to post, then a message gets taken... never to hear from them again!
Once you have submitted a claim, well then thats another story you have to PAY excess on every claim, you should see their claim statemnets, it has no info on it! I also requested a claim statement... havent received that either??? I wonder if they will even notice this complaint? Or resolve it...
