No delivery of study guides parcel from Unisa

According to an sms from Unisa parcel was dispatched on 17/07/13 and parcel was supposed to be received within 5 days but still has not despite promise by a skynet employee when I called on 24/07/13 to find out when to expect delivery. She said that it would be delivered on Thursday 25/07/13 but it has not.
I want to know when my stuff is going to be delivered as this is unacceptable.
