KEA does not honour pre-paid rental agreement

Tried to collect 2 4x4 DC campers as pre-arranged and paid by overseas agent.
We were offered a non-serviced DC (for 4 PAX) and a new SC which was not even fully equipped.
On complaining about the discrepancies we were offered a Maui Camper despite being specific about equipment for a 4x4 adventure trip.
Abraham was absolutely inflexible when comng to arrange a solution and we were left with "Take It or Leave It" attitude.
We got non-functioning fridges, hi-lift jacks in obsolete conditions and had to bed for tent poles to properly use the RTT (Roof Top Tents).
A proposed arrangement to swap with the booked equipment later in Namibia was turned down with more excuses despite the promise and reference names for person in charge.
All in all a disgusting attitude and a blatent violation of a contract agreement which was settled and confirmed in advance.
C-mon KEA, you can do better, just don't hide behind excuses and LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER - please!
If I can recommend alternatives - look at ASCO car hire in Namibia or Bushlore in RSA, they can deliver what they sell, even properly equipped for the type of travel anticipated.
