I want my UNISA PARCEL NOW!!!

Unisa handed over my parcel to Skynet on the 24 of January 2014 to be delivered to me... which takes about 1 - 2 working days.

It's been over a week and I haven't received my study material, I called last week to track the parcel and I was told it's at the ISANDO floor but it will be delivered to me. It's monday today and I haven't received anythiing, when I call the callcentre I am told it was last logged on in the system on the 24th and they don't know why I havent received it.

I paid so much money for my studies and I'll be damned if I let skynet ruin things for me... I want my study material delivered to me. If SKYNET is unable to do it's job they should step down and let a competent courier company to do it.

Am seriously not impressed and fuming with the service am getting from them...
