Shocking trade in and pathetic service!!!

I would like to bring to your attention the shocking and insulting service I received from Michael Broom on Friday the 26th of July 2013 at Auto Alpina Boksburg.

Basically after making me wait there for almost an hour he then offered me HALF of what my vehicle is currently worth whilst I got excellent service and book value from another BMW dealership.

AND safe to say this was not the first time I received trashy service from this dealer and now they also lost a sale of R330 000!!!

Well done Auto Alpina Boksburg and Michael Broom you greedy guys lost out totally!!!
