Parcel not delivered

I am a Honours Unisa student, Unisa couriered my study materials through SkyNet. i was on leave from work for two weeks, yesterday (18/03/2012) I logged on to myUnisa online to check if they have dispatched my material, of which they have on the 28th Feb I then decided to phone SkyNet and gave them the tracking number. they said the parcel was delivered and they e-mailed me the reciept it was delivered on 4/3/2013 @ 8:00am. the parcel was received by the person I do not know and there was no one in my house at that time, I was on the phone with them for almost two hours they tranferred me to many people the last peron gave me the drivers cellphone number and I phoned the driver he said he will come to my house and show me where e delivered that parce, I waited for the driver he did not come. the manager was so rude and all he kept asking me was who gave me his number. till now i have not received my study materials and I have not started with my assignements.
