I sent my car in for hail damage earlier this year. I asked how long the repair will take, they said 2weeks (10wd). After 9days I phoned them to enquire when I could fetch my car, I had to phone them since no one contacted me since I had dropped my car off. The lady said she will have to look it up on the system and phone me back, she never did. The next day I phoned again they told me that they are still not finished & it will take another week. This happened twice, they had my car for an entire month with no regards for my life and my need to get around. After I complained about their poor service, never keeping me updated or calling me back I got my car back. My car then had a melted area in my centre console, someone clearly used my lighter & put it down while it was hot. I went back & spoke to Mr Jansen he took a picture & said he would get back to me, it is 3months later I still have not heard anything. I went AGAIN and a lady Nakkie helped me, also took a picture and said she would get back to me, 2 weeks later and still nothing! This is pathetic and ridiculous service & these adults clearly have no work ethic!! This coming from a 23year old student! It is ludicrous!!
