Efusing to repair my handset

I have a 24 month cellphone contract with MTN in 2012 december the phone was a few months old then the speaker died i took back to them for repairs then i recived a horrible service because i had to wait for more than 2 weeks to get it back and that was after i put up a fight and mailed their head office, it is exactly a year later after the last repair and the speaker has died again, i took it in to mtn westgate on the 6th of this month then saturday morning i phoned to enquire mpho a consultant told me the phone was back i can fetch it, i was at work so i sent my aunt to go get it for me when she got there a consultant by the name of ayanda told her it isnot yet back from repairs then she went home when i phoned them to ask why they said it is back but now they told my aunt is is not yet back they denied that my aunt was there and they said the phone is with them but it was not repaired as they claim it has water damage which is not true, i have never exposed my phone to water, it seems to me they do not want to repair this faulty phone and i am very angry because they are lying and do not want to repair or give me another handset but my contract only ends in june of 2014, help
