Tupperware slow to honour guarantee

On 15 April 2013 I took 3 cracked Square Round Seals into the Phalaborwa Tupperware office/distribution centre and asked that they be replaced.
I received Guarantee Replacement Request docket No: 313691 and was told that the replacement could take up to 3 months.
Since the expiry of these 3 months I have been back to the office on numerous occasions only to find that the replacements have still not been received.
Each time the person in the office, Tsepo, has asked me to be patient!!!
My last visit was on 15 October 2013 - exactly 6 months since I initially returned the damaged seals for replacement.
My reason for buying Tupperware, which costs so much more than other brands of similar containers, was because a lifetime guarantee is given on the products. However I am now wondering if this will ever be honoured?
I would contact Tupperware Head Office myself but their website does not provide contact details. Why do they feel the need to hide from the public?
