Hirsch's
Money paid for spares and labour never received

My Samsung Fridge seals were broke and I went to Hirsch's Strubensvalley. They promised me that they would send somebody to fix it. They sent a guy by the name of Michael to my house who claimed that he already ordered the seals and paid for it and the amount I owed them was R500.00. I paid the R500.00 to Michael and he gave me a receipt in the name of Hirsch's Appliance Specialists. I also gave him an extra R200 for his prompt services. After a few weeks I called them enquiring about the seals and they informed me that Michael is not in their service any more and that they do not know his whereabouts. They also said that they can't replace the seals and that I must buy two new fridge doors. Up until today my R500 was not paid back to me. Could you please help. Thanx Dr Marian Tupy
