No protective barriers - damaged ca

I lodged a complaint on 3 June after I damaged my car at one of the petrol stations in Milnerton. I received 2 calls from the call centre stating that the owner had been informed and would revert back to me. We are now at the end of July and to date NO RESPONSE!!
Please can this matter be resolved as my car is damaged! it is just decency to get someone to come back to me
