Inconvenience and no compensation to valued client

As driving out of Caltex garage, the grid iron drain on the floor that allows water to drain into lifted up as my tyre went over it and damaged my car where I was unable to move it, I had to jack the car up in order for the iron to come off as it was stuck under my car. This iron grid supposed to be bolted down as it is a dangerous hazard to us customers however it has just been placed on top without been secured. Further more other people around informed me that the grid was left loose for some time now and not had been attended to. My car which has been serviced from brand new on time every 15000kms is now scratched on the undercarriage as well as its leaking oil/grease from the cv boot area which was caused by this grid iron. The manager on duty did come along and put the car on the ramp and according to him it couldn't of damaged the cv but at the same time he isn't a mechanic to assume such however it did scratch my car and damaged few bolts which is very important to me as Im the owner I got no apologies at first as well as I have not been compensated for the inconvenience yet I am a daily customer at Caltex, not even a cup of tea just to show that they care about the clients
