I emailed Sta Soft on the 8th July 2013 regarding the discolouring of all my whites after using the Mauve Sta Soft. I received an email back on the 9th July from Cornelia stating that they would send DHL to come and collect all the damaged whites and the Sta Soft, after emailing her back asking when and what time they would be coming as nobody is a home all the time, I did not get a reply. When DHL came they were lucky that somebody was at home and asked where must the stuff be taken as they were not given an address. Cornelia got back to me on the 15th July stating that they would come to some arrangement regarding the damaged items and would I give then a value of the clothes which I have done. Cornelia then emailed me back and said that I would have an answer no later than the 22nd July to compensate for the damage to the clothes. As yet I have not heard another word from her even after emailing her every day to find out what is happening. So thank you Sta Soft for the unprofessional manner in which you have handled this matter as I will have to go out and replace all the damaged items at my cost as you do not seem to be at all interested.
