Poor Response/Service

Two months ago, we popped into the Randburg Caltex garage. We experienced quite friendly service from our petrol attendant. Upon cleaning our windows, and filling petrol we completed the transaction by handing him our cash. When driving off, we heard a loud sound follow us, to our surprise and petrol attendant we discovered that the nozzle wasn't removed which damaged the car light and dented the car. We have been given the run around for the last two months by the owner who agreed to fix the damages but never followed through. His pump has been fixed to avoid any inquiries from Caltex service inspector, and I am left with the damaged car. How can Caltex help to get this resolved as this has caused lots of inconvenience to my life.
