Pro West Car Sales
Engine management light not getting sorted out

Cars & Transport

As I stated on the original complaint to Hello Peter the car was fixed by a panelbeater of my choice and I was quite happy with that. On 21/01/2013 I sent a letter of complaint to MFC underlining all the problems I had with the car (let's be clear on this, problems caused by Pro West sending the car to be resprayed at as little cost to them as possible) When I bought the car it was in 100% condition, I did NOT buy the car with all these problems. The car came back from Pro West's "spraypainter" with these problems. If they had used some one reputable in the first place we would not be at this point, nevertheless, I also have the invoice from the panelbeater that ended up respraying the car. At NO point does it state anywhere on the invoice that the engine management light was repaired. The day after I had the accident with the car I went in to Pro West to sign the agreement so that they could appease MFC. I told Anelle I smashed the car, it was no secret. I signed the agreement they have with the understanding from Gerrie, Martin & Jaco that the management light would be sorted out. I have a report from Lexus that states the accident I had could've been caused by the light being on
