Engine Management light after a major service

I took my car in for a service on the 31st of last month (May 2013) without out Engine management and Oil lights on, upon collection the engine management light and also the oil light were on. I returned back and they were cleared on the computer by a mechanic. i drove away and within 5kms they both came back again. but the oil light switched off again. On the 3rd of June i went back to the service center to have the engine management light cleared. but as i was driving to my office at Bedfordview which is also not more than 5kms away, the light came back on again. I called Service city garage on the 04th June to report and request that someone looks at my car again, and i was told that they were fully booked. And as i had to drive to Mpumalanga I would not have gotten a chance to go back to their garage except on the same day (04/06/2013). I took my car to CAR SERVICE CITY in Centurion on the 08/06/2013 as it is nearer to my place of residence and they cleared the fault codes, but at my own costs for labour.
Car Service city call center agents called me for service reviews, and I told the callers that I was not happy with the service offer, but no one has got back to me.
