Waited 6hrs for delivery of vehicle!

I am absolutely disgusted in Europcar!

We came to the Eastern Cape all the way from Gauteng to enjoy a holiday at Tiffindell. We had a fantastic time... only to have the experience ruined by having to wait a whole 6hrs for the rental car to arrive!

We planned to depart back home at around 9am, as it takes 9hrs to get from Tiffindell back to Pretoria. We called Europcar at 9am to find out where they were, they then told us that they were only going to be leaving the airport at that time! The vehicle only arrived at 3pm! --Bare in mind that we would still need to drive 9hrs back home! --only getting home at midnight! With young children in the car who would need to be going to school the next day!

This service is absolutely appalling! I am so disappointed.
