I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY DEPOSIT!!!

I had been involved in a car accident last year and in my insurance policy i had car hire which was connected to Europcar.

On the day the Chevy Spark was delivered to my house i had to pay a deposit of R750 cash on delivery so time went on and i decided to extend the rental days on the car so i was told to pay in another deposit and i had no problem so i payed a deposit of an additional amount of R2350 so Europcar owes me R3100 to be payed back into my account! it saddens me that i had to wait so long!

its been 2full months now and im angry of the fact that Europcar provides great service and a bad customer experience when it comes to money! I've been waiting hey!!!
