Europcar
Intimidation & bad attitude

Over the past long weekend I was in Cape Town with my family and hired a car from Europcar.
I returned the car on Monday at CT International Airport. Europcar signs directed us where to park the vehicle but there was no-one around to receive the vehicle and we were some distance from the terminal (I believe that this was the Europcar satellite office). I then locked the vehicle and walked to the main office to hand over the keys.
I was then told quite rudely to walk back to the satellite office and hand over the keys to the Europcar representative. I tried to tell the manager (Pat, refused to give her surname) that there was no-one available but was told that I was lying.
I had my wife and two children (aged 5) with me and we needed to get into the airport to check-in and catch our flight back to Lanseria but I was still expected to walk back to the non-existent Europcar employee. I then got into a heated argument with the Europcar employees who then tried to intimidate us and call us 's.
I fly quite regularly for business & leisure and do it through Kulula due to the Vitality discount I receive but from now on I shall not be using Europcar ever again.
