Most Pathetic Service i have received From DHL

I had taken an item to the DHL offices in Sandton Rivonia, on monday 8/07/2013 i had advise the lady there that i would like to send this item to china and provided an invoice as requested with the correct address and city, i handover the item and received a waybill number and i was told to pay a huge amount of R 3500 which i happily paid and i was told it would take 3-4 working days for this item i then went online to track this item and find that this item has been sent to an incorrect city (thursday 11/07/2013) i then telephoned the DHL customer care immediatley so ask what is going on they had advised me that they had made a spelling error on the city names and will redirect the package immediatley i was advised to wait til Monday 22/07/2013 i then called the customer service lady by the name of Madonna and she had tried to put the blame on me and say that i had made the spelling mistake i quickly produced the invoice i had given to DHL and it was proved that my spelling on the address was correct and it was an error by DHL. I then ask Madonna to find out what has been done and call me back the next day which she did not, now i call again and they ask me to wait another week thi
