Almost two months no resolution on broken item

On the 18th of January 2013 a router was dispatched to our address. We had the item in possession for around one week, but there was no one to assist the end user in setting it up so, the item was still securely packaged.

Upon opening the package and plugging in the router it was discovered that the device was defective. On the same day an email was sent to [URL Removed] to inform them of the defective item and request that they replace the item.

After ~a week the item was picked up by a courier but no replacement was provided. It is now 28 February 2013 and after numerous emails back and forth this matter has not been resolved. In fact, during the last two email communications it was made clear that this process has been dragging on to long with no feedback and the order should be cancelled and the transaction reversed. This seems to have fallen on deaf ears as absolutely nothing has happened beside the occasional email stating, we will let you know as soon as we know more.

This is a blatant disrespect of my consumer rights and Iwill no longer stand for it. I can not be expected to pay for an item, receive a defective item and then be expected to wait forever without resolve.
