RTT AND MTN FAILS ON DELIVERY

I have just about had it with bad service delivery and bad consumer service fom MTN and RTT couriers. I upgraded my contract with MTN direct on the 10th of January. The lady told me that the delivery will take 2-7 days for the new phone to arrive. I phoned MTN today (21st of January) to enquire regarding my delivery of my new phone. After being shunted around numerous times to different departments I was told that they will phone me back after they have tracked my parcel waybill nr. The lady of MTN phoned me back as promised only to tell me that the courier company cannot give her a speedy answer as the whereabouts of this parcel. I managed to ask for the waybill nr, and then went on in phoning RTT directly. RTT shared with me that there is no such waybill nr. their systems yet and my ID number is also not yet reflecting on their side, which means MTN has done nothing on their side in the last 11 calendar days to ensure that my new phone gets delivered to the courier company which in turn will deliver it to me. I don't now what to do anymore as neither MTN or RTT is getting back to me as promised and im now paying for 11 days on a new contract with a phone i don't have.
