VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

Writing report on behalf of MRS JC WEYERS. Her car was given to the above panel beaters on the 21st Jan 2013 for hail damage. We were told that the car will be done in 3 to 4 weeks. Today is the 22nd of Feb 2013, the car is still not done. After we have phone many time and were told "in this week" or by Friday, every week we were told another excuse, either the wrong parts were delivered or some delay has happened. I did go there after week 3, finding the car nowhere near finished. If we did not phone them, they hardly came back to us to explain what the problem was. Today we were phoned to say "please collect the car" as we got there, I inspected the car on their request, and there are still dents or issues with my mom's car. The service here has been shocking and we are going into the 6th week next week that this car has been with them. My mom had to borrow a car; she borrowed it for 3 weeks as that was what we were told. She had to give that car back as her car was taking too long. They have been without their car for so long, and have to depend on other people as she is not getting her car back; this is the worst service I have ever seen. The car is still there.
