Overnight Delivery actually means in two days time

For my company that process online orders, i had an urgent order to be delivered via overnight courier delivery. Everything went well up untill the JHB branch,

"MISROUTED" - meaning my parcel was given to the wrong driver is unacceptable! My client now feels that my company could not provide the correct service due to COURIER IT making the f... up!!!

My client has paid for an overnight delivery which he didnt receive during working hours and was told that it could only be done at 9:30pm at night??? what an inconvenience!!! and how unprofessional!!!

I have always worked towards excellent customer service and because of your company i couldn't deliver what i promised my client!

Definitly will not be using you again nor will i advise anyone else to. if you cant "courier it" then you shouldnt be open for business!!!
