Disgusted with no happy ending

First it took me 4 tries for some-one to answer the phone to book a service. Finally I got a booking for Monday the 21st of January 2012.

Anneline called me during the day and advised that my Wipers, V Belts and right front mist light needs to be changed. I advised her I will get it done at a later stage. I asked her about my back Wiper that is not working she advised that it was just a fuse.

I arrived at Hyundai Boksburg at 16:25 to pick up my car. I only received my keys at 17:16. When I started my vehicle I noticed that my back wiper is still not working. I went in and spoke to Anneline again. Who than told me that my whole wiper arm needs to be replaced. Different then what I was told over the phone.

I opened my boot at home to put back my belongings only to discover my back boot panel lying loose in my boot, screws missing & wires hanging loose.

As I am typing this I also realized that I did not received a job card and the copy of the T's & C's was not the ones I signed, but a mere copy.

I find it completely unacceptable the level of service or lack thereof that I received. Should I do a full inspection before & after when taking my vehicle in for a service?
