Deposit not refunded

Hired a vehicle form the CT depot. R2000 deducted from my account as "deposit" which was supposed to be refunded within three days.

Amount still not reversed - 7 calls to the CT depot and nobody can assist me (or they just hang up the phone). Also nobody can give me an invoice - the"system" is down BUT I HAVE RETURNED THIS CAR ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON LAST WEEK ALREADY.
