I must agree with the previous bad report on this company. I shipped a 1.6 mtrs tall wooden giraffe to Germany and it arrived with the head broken off and one of the 'horns' on the head also broken off. That can only mean that they have no clue on how to pack stuff or couldn't care less seeing that they would be dealing mainly with tourists and a come back is unlikely.
The whole episode cost me R3700 which was money totally wasted. When I complained about this to Frieda all I got back was this email:
