CRASHED AND REPAIRED CAR SOLD AS NEW UNIT

I purchased a BRAND new VW Golf 6 GTI from Lindsay saker, east rand seven months ago.
I started experiencing trouble with the vehicles head lights. Unfortunately these defects were only borne during night time driving thus i was nearly involved in an accident.
I then proceeded to take the vehicle to the closest dealer, who to my absolute shock and horror informed me that the vehicle had been in an accident.
I was under the impression that i had purchased a "NEW' vehicle.
I confronted Mr. Imtiaz Ameer with this regard. His first response was to vehemently deny any knowledge of the matter. Only after a phone call from VW SA did MR. Ameer decide to change his tune, in fact, he changed his tune to such an extent that he wanted to do a "deal', on the condition of my silence.
