Car smashed by RTT Drive

My sister works at Standard Bank in JHB. while being at work in her office a RTT driver drove into her car. My sister has since given them qoutations for them to fix her car. She has sent numerous emails they said the head office would contact her but she is still waiting. According to them she should give them three qoutations, but was told RTT is responsible for getting the qoutes which they also havent done. The driver in questions name and details are as follows: William Mphahlele 083 959 9926/011 552 1458. She does not have insurance to fix her car and is dependant on her car's daily use, and need assistance and guidance A.S.A.P. please.
