Vehicle damaged and refuses to fix it

The driver of Amandrie Tuindienste, William, reversed into my car. He smashed the front panel of my car and I got three quotes to fix my car. The cheapest quote was approximately R5000. I got a case number at the police station as well. I immediately reported the damage to the owner of Amandrie Tuindienste, Johan, who advised me that he had to speak to his broker first and that he would let me have his insurance details on Monday 22 May. When I phoned him on Monday 22 May he told me that I could sue him if I wanted him to fix the damage to my car. He is not willing to fix the damage although it was 100% the fault of his driver. William, his driver, just reversed into me. I was standing still at a red robot and William just started reversing. When William got out of the car he said that he forgot to look before he started reversing. I have no respect for Johan or William nor their business, AMANDRIE TUINDIENSTE. I will ensure that everyone I know and meet know how unethical their business practice is!! I have already had two people cancel their contracts with this company and hope that more will follow.
