Efuses to cancel insurance

My client and I have been trying to cancel his home owners insurance with Standard Bank through Menesh Jekison. After recieving all the docs that he required from me he still hasn't bothered to cancel the policy and my client is now double insured which is illegal but Standard Bank couldn't give a %#@$. Not one of their manager can help me, no one gets back to you and frankly their attitude stinks as much as Menesh's. I have sent him numerous emails and being an emplyee of standard banks back office staff, even though he called me from a landline number, they have no contact details for him. Their excuse is that they have no affilliation with back office staff. Seems like you can do what you want when you work at Standard Bank...
