The worst service eve

I never knew buying a car would be so stressful. We decided to buy a car from Barons VW in Bruma in Feb. We first decided to buy a demo car from them which they had a special on, within 24 hours of having the car we had a problem with it and took the vehicle back to them. After a week of uncertainty we agreed that they would give us a new vehicle. We are happy with our new car even though we didnt receive good service from the dealership. My problem is currently they have not settled the first vehicle we bought in full, so i have 2 vehicles i need to pay for. I want this resolved immediately. I don't want to hear anything from the dealer i just want it sorted as the pushing me from pillar to post.
