My sister Lady Tiger (user name) wrote a complaint last night. I cant help but to write also. Debonairs at Liberty Promenade mistreated us last bight. We ordered Pizza last night at 18:50 and ONLY got it past 10.

And the manager Bertha had the odesity to ask if my sister is sure that we had not recieved it but then called back to say that the driver says when he got to our "house" we told him that we did not order PIzza. ReallY? when we were sitting in the lounge the whole time WAITING.By the time it got there my mom had fallen asleep on the couch!

When you ask a manger about the whereabouts of your Pizza how can they ask you if you are sure?

This is unacceptable!!

And we are regular customers!

Where is that driver that said that we said we didnt order it when he went because when they ACTUALLY delivered it the guy said it was another driver that was delivering before him.

What is going to be done about this?
